How to make your home retro-tastic

Do you remember that feeling of when you first moved out of home and got your own place to decorate as you pleased?

Even though I had permission to have my room decorated to my liking, nothing compared to the grown up feeling of having my own place to choose the furniture, colour scheme, cutlery, dishes and everything else.

For me, I didn't want a particular colour scheme or specific era, I just knew that I wanted mostly retro/vintage items to fill my place.

It's been over a decade since I moved out of home. Whenever I feel like a change, I just move the furniture around - and I'm always on the look out for my next vintage treasure.

I find that the quality of vintage items is usually more superior than the things you will find in the shops now.

So of you are moving out on your own or if you need some ideas, I've looked on Gumtree for some inspiration to help you with making your home retro-tastic.
